CMI reserves the right to limit the number of presentations due to time and space constraints. Acceptance notifications will be sent on or before February 28, and will include templates and specific instructions.

Some meeting attendees are not covered by a non-disclosure agreement. Information must be kept at a high level to avoid disclosure of unprotected intellectual property (IP). If you are unsure about what constitutes IP, consult your project lead.

The following briefly explains what to expect based on whether the meeting will be held in-person or online.

In-person format:
A) 15-minute oral presentations including the Q&A
B) 90-minute poster session and reception. All posters must be printed in vertical format (portrait mode) not to exceed 48″ tall x 36″ wide due to limited display space.

Online format:
A) No change to the oral presentation information above.
B) 3-minute poster presentations will be pre-recorded using a provided slide template with instructions. The recordings will be shown during multiple sessions followed by live Q&A by the presenter.
